Rules of Personal Data Protection for B-G. sp. z o. o.

The administrator of your personal data (Data) is B-G sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań NIP:7792300588, REGON:300491655, KRS:0000284608 (contact: ul. Grunwaldzka 115, 60-313 Poznań, tel. 618433181, e-mail: zodo@b-g.pl) – hereinafter referred to as B-G.

The protection of the Data by B-G takes place in accordance with the requirements of
generally applicable legal regulations, and their storage takes place:
- on secure servers - in the case of electronic Data
- in accordance with the rules of keeping company records - in the case of written documents
containing the Data.

B-G respects your right to privacy and ensures the security of the Data. For this purpose,
among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
Data provided to B-G in any form is not visible to unauthorised persons.
If you have provided B-G with Data such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number,
position, place of work - these are processed.

The data are processed:
-in accordance with data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with
regard to the processing of personal data (RODO)
- and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the
‘Regulation’)
-in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Principles implemented
-to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment of contact, shaping of the
content, execution, modification or termination of the contract between you and B-G
-to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legally
justified purposes) and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data
subject, to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by you

The monitoring at B-G and the collection of Data in connection therewith have the purpose of:
-ensuring the safety of employees
-protection of property
-controlling production
-keeping confidential information the disclosure of which could expose B-G to harm.

The data processed for the purposes indicated above may be made available to other entities,
i.e:
-Krajowy Rejestr Długów Biuro Informacji Gospodarczej S.A. with its registered office in
Wrocław
-entities with whom B-G has concluded agreements on entrusting Data processing, i.e. entities
providing services: IT, HR and payroll, legal, administrative, postal, courier, marketing and
graphic design. Data may be disclosed to authorised employees or associates of B-G, as well as
to entities providing support to the Company on the basis of outsourced services and in
accordance with concluded entrustment agreements.
-entities authorised under relevant legislation (e.g. law enforcement agencies)
-outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC for the operation of the Google Analytics
service based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are the standard contractual clauses for
the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission

You have the right:
-to access to and rectification of your Data
-to delete, restrict processing of your Data
-to data portability
-to object to the processing of your Data
-to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing in
case of processing on the basis of your consent to data processing
-to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if you
consider that the processing of your Data violates the Data Protection legislation.

B-G will retain and use the Data only as necessary for the purpose for which it was provided
and only for as long as necessary. B-G reserves the right to process Data after the termination
of the contract or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent, at the time and for the purpose
of asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges B-G to
retain the Data.

Additional Data is only collected by B-G where you have expressly given your consent.

These Rules translated into another language are for information purposes only and the Polish
version shall prevail in all cases.
